Hi! I’m a University if Florida student graduating in May and moving to New York. I’ll be working in finance (IB) down in FiDi and am looking for a place and roommate(s). As I’ll be working long hours, I’m hoping to find a place walking-distance in FiDi/Tribeca/Battery Park City; however I’m open to some other locations in midtown or downtown that are a short subway ride (Chelsea, Flatiron, SoHo, etc). I won’t be home most weekdays, but on weekends I’ll probably sometimes go out and usually just chill and relax at home. In my free time, I enjoy watching sports, playing poker, pickup volleyball, working out, listening to country music (sorry lol), and trying new restaurants. I’m pretty laid-back and moderate when it comes to roommate things: will help keep common areas generally clean, but won’t freak out about a dish or wine glass in the sink; won’t be throwing any crazy ragers but also won’t mind a small pregame or couple friends over. Looking for a roomie that feels the same!
