Nearby subway stations include: Clinton - Washington Avs. hi all! i am looking to sublet my room in this beautiful brooklyn apartment, preferably long term, starting ASAP! there is a washer/dryer in unit, and the building has an outdoor common area and work out room! located in clinton hill, it is a block away from fort greene park and about a fifteen minute walk to atlantic terminal/downtown brooklyn area! it is a ~30 min MAX commute to nyu, depending on the mta—the G train is a three minute walk away, and then it is super easy to transfer to the A/C from there. I have three lovely roommates, who mostly keep to themselves (two are students at nyu also!) my portion of the rent is $1350/month. electricity & wifi usually comes to about $35/per person each month.
