About the Place

A room in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Pets Upon Approval. Nearby subway stations include: Bedford Av, Metropolitan Av. Hello! We are two "young professionals" looking for a 3rd roommate to replace our friend who is moving out. The vacancy is for any period of time between 1 month and 12 months and the room is available now - we're flexible! Our newly renovated apt is literally across the street from Bedford L and above a wash and fold. Perks include a dishwasher, furniture, window units, and a record player. Rent is $1,333/each. It was $1,500/each, but our very helpful and communicative landlord is giving us a discount for at least the next 6 months due to the pandemic. The departing roommate is willing to leave/sell for cheap his queen bed, dresser, and shelves, if you are interested. I work in the music industry, play soccer down the street at McCarren Park, am politically active, and have a lot of boardgames. Let me know about yourself if you're interested! (Bonus points if your name includes 'Pa.' The 3 of us currently living here all have 'Pa' last names and so we named our apt 'The PA System.') We can help you find roommates on Nooklyn.
