The bathroom has all new fixtures and a rainfall-style shower head that is truly magical. I've been in the apartment for four years and love the room and the neighborhood - it is truly a super fab steal of a place! The living room is small, because the kitchen is oversized (for New York). It's got a kitchen island, dishwasher, brand-new fridge and stove, and plenty of storage. The roommates rarely cook, so the kitchen is pretty much free rein. There's central heat & AC and a virtual doorman. The apartment is on a quiet tree-lined block but surrounded by great dining options within a 10-minute walk. There's a great pizza place on one corner and the world's best bodega on the other corner. There's an amazing wine bar around the corner called Phil's that had incredible deals every night and a really great, chill atmosphere pre COVID. I imagine it will pick back up when things normalize in the city again. Also nearby: Milk & Pull Ridgewood, Dweebs coffee, Brooklyn Barista, Father Knows Best, Sally Roots, Caffeine Underground, Lil Baby's Bushwick, Irving Square Park, Golden Thai, Boobie Trap, etc. The list is near-infinite. There are 2 other bedrooms and you will share with two other roommates who are both working professionals in their 20s.
