The room has a separate entrance, and is on the opposite side of the apartment from us, giving you privacy. We are a lesbian married couple sharing the other room at the far end of the apartment. Your room could comfortably fit a queen size bed and has a closet. Dishwasher and laundry in the apartment!! The apartment is super quiet and cozy on the boarder of Ridgewood and Bushwick. Four blocks to L at Dekalb, and a five minute walk to the M at Seneca. Lots of restaurants, bars and coffee close by. We are looking for a short term sublet with the possibility of extending (let us know your need). Rent is $1200 a month +utilities (roughly $50 a month). It is not required that you are on the lease, but we would ask one month deposit and one month notice of departure. We can help you find roommates on Nooklyn.
