Looking to share a clean, quiet 2bd room apt starting early Sept. W/D in the apt is a must for me. I'm flexible with other amenities though. Early 30s, thoughtful, considerate, and a communicative gal. I like hosting friends for the occasional dinner parties, but I do not bring the party home.
