29, working professional, relocating from LI. I'm into meal prepping and Crossfit, I'm very into television and casually into video games (RPGs mostly). I try not to make too much noise or leave messes and I can't imagine throwing any parties than friends coming over during the day. I have a cat and 4/20 friendly would be great. Fine anywhere but would be prefer Queens or Brooklyn, looking to spend between 700-1100 monthly.
