I am a 27 yo professional who works consulting in Manhattan, ideally looking for someone in a similar situation. I'm friendly but tend to keep to myself at home, quiet, and clean. I have roomed with both males and females in the past with no issues. Looking to split a 2 bed or 3 bed / 2ba ideally. I do also have living room set so would prefer to be moving into a new empty place together rather than someone else's furnished place.
