I’m a 22 year old recent undergrad moving to NYC for grad school at NYU. I’m searching for a roommate or two willing to start a year lease and and am hoping to move the first weekend of August. I am pretty flexible on neighborhoods so long as the commute is within 40 minutes and with a max budget of 1,200 per person. I love to cook/bake (and willing to share lol), am clean, respectful, love a good happy hour, and can usually be found catching up on an episode of This is Us or A Different World reruns.
