I am a mid-twenties graduate student studying performing arts administration at NYU. I’m clean and respectful of shared spaces and keep a good balance of social and alone time. I am open to living in either Brooklyn or Manhattan, but would like to keep my commute to NYU down to around 30min! Because I need to be in several different parts of the city throughout the week, being close to transportation would be ideal.
