My name is Tess, I’m 31 yo lady, artist, and painter. I hold pretty regular hours with a job in the city. I work 11-7 as a studio manager. I maintain a studio in bushwick. Just broke up with my partner, transitioning from a temporary sublet and looking for more long term housing. I don’t smoke, occasional alcohol use in social settings or out to dinner. Avid reader, runner and cyclist. Spend most of my time at work or in my studio, when I am home its to eat, sleep and shower. When I cook I tend to make light meals. Like to keep the house clean, pick up after myself. Clean the bathroom once a week.
