Hey my name is Luca. I’m a student and videographer born and raised in NYC. I don’t party much but I do go out with friends most weekends. I also have a dog named Grizzly. I like to keep a tidy home. Socially I’m the type of dude to invite my girlfriend over and smoke a joint outside or on the balcony, then watch some TV and fall asleep. Also I shave my head so you don’t have to worry about hair in the shower drain. I’m looking for a roommate who enjoys the simple things like I do. Someone who values the mellow vibe and isn’t a complete shit-head. Oh and someone who likes dogs. My move in date, neighborhood and number of roommates is all very flexible. I’m really just looking for a good price, a nice pet policy and an outdoor area/balcony. In an ideal world am I right?
