I currently live in the Lower East Side with one other roommate. We are both graduating from college in May and 22 years old. Our current lease ends the end of May and we want to stay together while finding something more affordable possibly with a third roommate :) I do have a small dog named Louis and he's a little over a year old now. He is potty trained, and always goes away with me so he is rarely at home without me. Me and my current roommate have lived together for two years with no issues! We are tidy, laid back, and respectful of each other! In our free time, we enjoy hanging out with our boyfriends, going out with friends, cooking, and working out. We both have very busy schedules so are rarely home, but when we are we typically keep to ourselves in our rooms. My roommate has a traditional work schedule while my schedule varies. Overall, we are looking for a third roommate who is similar to us in regards to being tidy, laid back, and non judgmental. We are open to Manhattan and Brooklyn and both have a similar budget. We would be seeking to sign a lease that begins the very end of May or June 1st.
