Looking for someone to sublease my room in a 3 bed/1 ba apartment. Room is available anytime between now and May 1st and can be as furnished or unfurnished as you want. Rent is typically $1350, but I will subsidize the rent to be $1100/month through the end of the lease, which is August 31, 2021. You’d be living with two other female roommates who are both born and raised NYers in their mid-20s.
