Hey- sophia and i are two 28 year old fun young professionals looking for a third roomate for our Apartment october 1st and beyond. The apartment is a fully renovated 3 bedroom on Eastern Parkway between Classon and Franklin. Location is amazing, half mile from prospect park and less than a block to Franklin ave subway 2,3,4,5. There is opportunity to sign this lease for full year if interested. We are both clean and chill, easy going, respectful, enjoy wine and love being active and outdoor activities.
