I am looking for someone to take over my lease eff 7/1 to 10/31 (at that point the lease can be renewed) The apatment is 4bed/2bath located east williamsburg/bushwick. We're three 28yr old professionals who work standard business hours. The building is four years old and we've been the inly tenants in the unit. The apartmemt comes wih a dishwasher, in unit washer/dryer, cental air and balconies in each room. each room is 12x12 and is a true room. Each has a balcony. We're a block away from the JMZ line which takes about 15 mins to get you into the city. Rent would be $975 and bills including cable if you choose to take part in it avg about $100 per month.
