Hey! I'm Ken and I work in analytics for a retail company in Brooklyn. I'm primarily looking for a roommate to either move into my current place (Sunnyside), or find a new place with (ideally Greenpoint, LIC, maybe Astoria). I'm pretty quiet and keep to myself a lot, looking for someone who is similar. Hosting friends and significant others are cool, not looking for someone who wants to host parties, I'm already past that point in my life. The loudest thing I might do in the apartment is play music or practice piano (I've only been playing for a year and a half so bear with me on it). Currently I live with two room mates, one is moving out to live with a friend. The other is moving home because he is unsure if he is going to move in with his girlfriend in the near future. I own like 90% of the furniture and kitchen stuff in my current apartment so looking for someone who travels light or for a place where we can fit all of our stuff without it being too cluttered. I'm a bit of a neat freak, so hopefully you are too!
