27 year old agender individual looking for a room with my 2.5 year old medium sized female dog. I am a dog walker and work for myself in Bushwick currently, I am ideally looking for an apartment that is close to my current apartment off of the Wilson Ave L train station so that I can keep my clientele - but I am also willing to move a little farther out and just commute to work. I’m ideally looking in Bushwick, Bedstuy, Ridgewood, Ocean Hill, & Brownsville for an apartment around $1000 or less (willing to pay a little more if it is the apartment of my dreams). Ideal apartment would have plenty of space, a backyard, some space somewhere where I could set up a nail station (a desk and a bookshelf or two) as I am trying to transition to doing nails full time (currently/almost finished with nail school!), 420 friendly, and have chill roommates who are good with direct communication.
