My roommate is moving out and we are looking for someone to take over the last 6 months of her lease and hopefully resign again for another year! It's a bright 3 bedroom in a new building located off Gates J and Utica Ave A trains, central heat/ac and private balcony! My other roommate and I are both cancers in our mid-20s who work in fashion.
