Fine artist and muralist living in Brooklyn, but working in separate art studio that I lease in Jersey City. I have big, highly huggable, old white dog :) I am looking for a loft/loft-type space that's a reasonable distance (under 30 min by train) from any of the path train stops in Manhattan. I'm organized/clean, my dog is actually a service-trained dog and cerified with by the MTA with MTA ID to take any NYC public transport (so you never have to worry about any strange/unpredictable canine craziness). Looking for something by the beginning of Feb, ideally!
