Hey there, I have 1 bedroom with Private Entrance and simply furnished in my two bedroom apartment available for move in. I'm a producer at an ad agency in my late twenties. $1350 per month. It's around the Corner from grand. Close to Lorimer G and L, also a short walk from JMZ . It is second floor walk up in well maintained 6 family building. There is literally Laundry, post office and deli around the corner and Booze and nails across the street. Looking for a laid back female! Who is clean but doesn't freak out over a dish left in the sink in the morning. Room has private entrance, double door, and two stacked bars for hanging clothes. It's an amazing closet.
