I'm a queer women working in LGTBQ advocacy and human rights who is looking for someone to sign on to a year-long lease. I have lived in this beautiful two-bedroom apartment, which is located directly between both Fort Green Park and Prospect Park and a number of lovely coffee shops and subway stations, for a year. Please note the landlord lives on the first floor and it is a strictly no smoking apartment. I do not have any pets and try to keep my home clean and clutter-free.
