I am a 26 year old model looking to sublet a room starting August 18. End date is flexible. My max budget is 500-700$ a month. could be flexible if the place is amazing. I just got back to NYC after 6 months of traveling and need a place to stay. I'm clean, easy going, not too picky and mostly out all day. Looking for a place asap, if it's possible, please let me know asap if this is something you could work with.
