I’m a young designer/architect—Arkansas horn and raised and NYC educated. My roommate, Martha, is a Phd student at NYU. Were looking for a third person to move into our bushwick apartment and sign the lease with us. While I’m at home I’m usually making good food, having a drink, watching tv, drawing/painting, or some mix of those. When I’m not at home, I’m working, working out, seeing art, or seeing nature. I feel like we all have the same spiel about roomming (chill, clean, etc.). Lets get a coffee and talk shop. A quote about the room, from its previous inhabitant, “The room feels very spacious, even with a lot of furniture. It has high ceilings and great natural light, especially in the morning because it faces east. It has two big windows that face the backyard, so it's quiet. It has a built in closet. It's very private, at the other end of the apartment from the other two rooms, and the bathroom is right next to it.
