View post of room available via link below. I'm a professional Interior Designer and an artist (30F) who lives and works in the space. During non-Covid times I sometimes work in coffee shops, the park or other locations and travel often for work and to see my partner who lives abroad. I'm very relaxed, respectful and easy to get along with. Ideally looking for someone else in a creative field who has common interests (my flatmate now is a cinematographer, I've lived with writers, chefs, and other designers and so far have had great luck). I would welcome a housemate who wants to hang out/go out sometimes if we hit it off, but also value and respect alone time if that's not what you're looking for. Looking for someone chill, kind and responsible who will share the space respectfully and treat the things in it with care. Tidiness is important to me , but i'm not overly consumed by it as long as things are generally kept clean most of the time and you're willing to help out with cleaning the apartment/taking out trash and typical household tasks on a regular basis. LGBTQ friendly, respectful of everyone and open to any gender if its the right fit.
