Nooklyn is seeking an experienced licensed real estate agent to facilitate the leasing of several New Developments in the Bronx.

Due to the nature of this position, candidates will need to be available to work at least one weekend day per week
The Senior Sales Agent will be responsible for providing the day-to-day sales experience, reporting to the listing and leasing managers, and help developing a team of effective sales agents while building relationships with prospective clients and collaborative parties in the field.
Develop a high performing sales team by offering exceptional customer service utilizing effective skills in sales, communication and good judgment.
Ensure that all inquiries are successfully and consistently converted to active leads through effective communication and sales techniques.
Monitor the landscape of market competition to evaluate pricing levels and adjust strategy when needed.
Negotiate deals to a close, in good faith and in collaboration with the listing manager.
Assist Nooklyn sales agents and outside agents with showings in your assigned properties.
Make recommendations on how to better perform on existing accounts and expand the portfolio.
Follow-up with prospective residents and continue to build on relationships.
Business Development and Marketing
Develop and foster relationships with other real estate brokers and market influencers to e traffic to the on-site leasing office.
Advertise listings on residential real estate platforms and evaluate the efficacy of different advertising spending.
Manage and consistently update listing advertisements for the assigned properties on the Nooklyn website and third party platforms (Streeteasy, Apartments.com etc)
Oversee the collection of deposits, processing of paperwork and ensure access is provided to new tenants prior to their move-in.
Maintain confirmed access to all units within the development.
Communicate any pressing building maintenance issues with the listing agent.
Provide concise feedback for the Nooklyn Digital platform and Salesforce.
