Hi there! Looking to fill one bedroom in a 3BR/1BA in Bushwick, 5 mins from thr Jefferson L, and right across the street from Maria Hernandez Park! The room is in the back of the building overlooking lush backyards and is quiet, filled with natural light and has a fire escape with a view of the Manhattan skyline. The apartment is on the top floor and is very serene, and we keep clean and tidy. Our lease renews 9/1; utilities are usually an extra ~$60/person. About the apartment: - One block from the L - Directly across the street from Maria Hernandez park - Dine-in kitchen - Central heating - Roof access with views - The location couldn't be better: 1 block from the Jefferson L and around the corner from a 24 hour grocery as well as a 24 hour deli, park with dog runs, laundromats, tons of bars and restaurants including Mominette, HoY, Guacuco, The Johnson's, Queen Falafel, Boobie Trap, and on and on. Your roommates will be two women in their late 20s/early 30s (me and Alez). We are easy going and dog obsessed. We like to have a clean environment where we evenly split up the chores. Looking for someone who is respectful, communicative, and friendly :) dog is always a bonus and we’re down to hang and go out together {we’re both fully vaccinated} but also appreciate our space.
