We are three friends in our mid twenties and live in a 4 bedroom apartment in Crown Heights. We have an extra room for rent. We have washer/dryer in unit and a hypoallergenic cat. Rent is $1,100 a month for the room, plus utilities. We are fun and chill people in a very LGBTQ friendly space.
