hi! have 2 open rooms in my apartment in bed stuy/clinton hill! The apartment is a 3 br / 2 bath and there is an extra room for storage. 7 min walk to a,c and g trains. One room is $950 and the other is $1,075. I am in my late twenties and moved here from this past summer. I work a 9-5 so need the apartment pretty chill//mellow on the weekdays. Im looking for a roommate who is clean/picks up after themselves but doesn’t need to be a total neat freak. an ideal roommate doesn’t have to be my best friend but it’s always a plus if it someone I can hang out with in the apartment or be friends with!
