Hi I’m Julie! I am a 27 year old female. I work a full time design position at a fashion office in Midtown Manhattan M-F 9-6+. I have lived in NYC for 5 going on 6 years now and looking to move late June/July 1st when my lease ends in Harlem. I am a very responsible person with good credit. As a roomie, I like to keep the living space clean and comfortable for all parties involved & am very patient, respectful, & considerate. I believe in working together to create an awesome environment everyone is comfortable with. I enjoy being social and fun but also love chilling and having alone time when needed. On the weekends I usually catch up on errands/laundry and enjoy hitting the gym and hanging out with friends or being out and about. I have no pets & do not smoke but have no issue with either.
