Hello me and my roommate, Gabe, are looking for a third roommate. We are both grad students who want to live in Bushwick/Williamsburg. Budget for a 3br is around 1100 per person. Highest we want to go is an apartment 3,500 (~ 1,166 per person). We will be going to the New School this fall for a two year program. We are LGBT+ so acceptance is key. We will be pretty busy during the school year with work and classes. We are looking for a roommate who can communicate and respect shared spaces. I am a writer so I spent a lot of time at a desk but I also love hiking and photography so I'm down for adventures in the city.
