Looking for someone to sublease my apartment located on Vernon Blvd in Long Island City starting from next month September until March when the lease ends. Rent is $1450 a month including WiFi/utilities. Room is very spacious, has an amazing view of the NYC skyline and the building is located right next to Gantry Park. Washer & dryer is on same floor of the apartment unit. There are two other female room mates, very respectful and clean, currently both working. Looking preferably for a female to sublet.
