I’m 24, have lived in manhattan for 2 years and looking for a homey apartment in Wburg! I’m a buyer at jet.com/WM ecommerce in Hoboken, so I reverse commute (so need to be close to L) and work out or have dinner plans with friends/etc most days of the week - In general a pretty even blend of social and homebody & definitely important to me to live in a space that feels warm and restorative! - don’t need an amenity building (prefer walkup) but size/space and cleanliness/renovation are impt to me! I love cooking/judd apatow movies/sushi/indian food/drink/reading/traveling anywhere/the BEACH/the sun (I’m from FL :))
