hi (i go by guz) i'm 23 and just moved to ny from seattle in sep. i live off halsey on the L rn but trying to move a little inward of bk so it's easier to get to work, hopefully a few stops in from where i am now off the L or somewhere off the M/J. need to sublet my current room when i find somewhere else, it's $825/mo and lease until end of august upon approval. 3br with two other girls that are chill! newly renovated too. looking at 3br under $2750 total rent, wanting to pay under $800 unless it's the right place. i'm super clean and hoping my roommates are too! vegetarian and it's nice to live with others but def not required. love having friends over for wine, cooking, and watching movies. in no huge rush but planning to move around january. hmu @bbyguz
