I am respectful and clean. I wanna put lots of love in it and make this apartment somewhere I call home in NY. Build it really comfortable to stay especially when we are now at home more. I am open about cleaning rules and decoration styles as long as we negotiate. I have couple furnitures I can show you, and open to invest more in the common space. I work in a cosmetic company as an art director, I do lots of graphic design works at home. I can’t really tell you my hours right now, but I think I will be going back to work in the office starting Oct, so I won’t be home around 9-9pm week days. I like to go out on the weekend, I don’t like to bring parties over to my own place. I also enjoy a quiet movie night with good wines and food. I cook more than when I wasn’t working from home.
