Hey! I’m a 23 year old recent graduate moving to the city. I start work at AvroKo in SoHo starting Feb 17th and am looking for a place to live that isn’t too long a commute there but also not horribly far from my friends. I drink socially but don’t smoke weed, and while I’m not against it don’t want to live around it all the time. I’m a tidy roommate and like to cook, although I could be better at portion control. I’ve lived with girls and guys but would love to live with girls this time around.
