Friendly, easygoing, responsible, respectful, clean roommate. Lived in ft green/Clinton hill for 16yrs. Have been the sole leaseholder on my current place for 12. Looking to upgrade into a properly maintained building. I am clean, and do like to have a clean bathroom and kitchen/shared space. At my current place, I have a weekly cleaner. Dont cook much, maybe once a week if that. Do like to bake a few times a year. I have Really good credit, Architect/designer/artist/musician, with regular reocurring clients. Work from home in my room on computer maybe 40% of the time and out/at a Studio in the hood the rest. I generally wake for ft greene offlease dog park time pretty much everyday around 8am. Come back around 10am to get ready for the day. And usually winding down in bed by about 11pm. I try to keep my work schedule between 10am-8pm. Don’t have specific move in date, so could wait until finding the right place/fit. Really want to stay in the area. As close to ft greene park as possible. So, ft greene or clinton hill. I fully furnished my current apt so I have furniture, new cookware, and appliances to contribute to make a place a home. And I have cutest very well behaved/trained non-shedding hypoallergenic fully legit service dog (Sheepadoodle) and the most zen queen Persian cat. Both sleep 95% of the time when home. Looking for good energy, respectful, clean, peaceful, reliable roommate/living situation.
