Artist / illustrator looking for a roomie for august 1! I am super clean, sociable, and respectful. Definitely looking to have some sort of friendship with whomever i live with haha. The space is a 2 bed 1 bath apt in bedstuy close to Clinton Hill. The apartment is a couple minutes away from the G train. Building is owned by a really sweet poc woman whose family owns the property. 4/20 friendly, LGBTQ friendly, Black and POC friendly (you must be all of these things too). Proof of income necessary.
