I’m seeking a room (with closet) or to join someone already in the city in their search for an apartment that we can make home. LOGISTICS * Move-in: April 1 * Budget: $700-$900+ * Roommates: preferably 1 other roommate but open to no more than two (2 women or 1 male/1 female) * Lease: ~ 6month sublet w/ an option to renew or 1 year * Location: Harlem, Brooklyn (Clinton Hill, Brooklyn/Crown Heights, Williamsburg, Bed-Stuy, Bushwick,). Honestly anywhere with easy accessibility to train/bus. * Viewings: Can be available last 2 weeks in March to view properties in-person or virtual tour. Can provide proof of income and deposit prior to my arrival to secure place in order to begin shipping suitcases/bed pending approval/obtaining keys with the help of my family or friends in the city.
