Living in NYC for 8 months now but looking for a new place with a roommate I mesh with a little better. I'll have to find a subleaser for my room so an ideal move-in for me would be Sept 1 but flexible. I'm looking for a respectable, tidy, and ideally similarly motivated roommate. I'd love to find a roommate I could be friends with but also happy to just coexist. I work hard but also party very hard but am happy to do so elsewhere. Music is important to me and ideally, we'd have similar tastes so I could play music loudly on my sound system/record player [post punk, art pop, techno, and other electronic genres].
