Hello! I have put down a deposit on a dope 2B/2B place in Bushwick (on St Nicholas), and I may need to find another person to go in on the lease with me. Me: actor/singer with a remote job doing music marketing. No two days are the same, but I am always conscientious about not making noise when others are trying to sleep. I want a good vibe in the apartment—I'm down for some kitchen chitchat or watching Game of Thrones in the living room... but I'm also just in my room a lot, working, writing, etc. You: Chill and friendly, quiet in the evening, not having people over too often, tidy and reasonably clean, responsible, respectful of others' space, willing to compromise on how we decorate/organize things. Bonus points if you have dishes/living room furniture, because I don't yet!
