Hello, my name is Laissa, and I plan to move to NYC from Florida in August and am looking for a roommate to find a place with in lower Manhattan Fidi, Chelsea, LES, West/East Village, Soho really anywhere in lower Manhatten. My budget is 1500 but I’ve been looking at apartments online and would like to stay under $1300. A little about me, I graduated from FSU. I’m in my late 20’s. I am friendly, neat, active. I like to adventure and go out on weekends and have a good time. I like to cook healthy meals but also love to order take-out! I love animals but I am allergic to cats so would prefer no cat owners, sorry. Dogs are welcomed! I will be looking for work in fashion/marketing once I move to the city.
