I’m a 28 year old finance professional working in investment banking. I work in Flatiron/Gramercy, so locations like lower Manhattan, Williamsburg, and especially Long Island City are especially appealing to me. I’m of Colombian descent, so naturally meticulous and tidy are my middle names (Seriously, I’m not kidding about this one). I despise coming home to dirty dishes or uncleaned messes, so if that’s your thing, keep it moving! I’m sarcastic and witty- perpetually roasting myself and making jokes, so please have a sense of humor! I’m a dog lover, easy to get along with & respect boundaries. I’m also 420 friendly, but understand and respect if that’s not your thing- meaning, it’s out of sight and out of the apt. However, if you’re cool with it, well then hey! Wassap ... I love art, exploring the city & its diverse neighborhoods & keeping myself busy. I am quite the cook, so I’ll always raise my hand to prepare us a healthy yet savory meal. I’ve lived with girls and it was seemingly a nightmare, but hoping well into my 20’s, you’re as laid back as I am.
