Currently have a 2 bedroom looking for someone else to move in! here is the description i have listed places: Can start Jan. 15 or Feb 1. Beautiful apartment on one of the calmest, coziest West Village streets (Morton St.) 2 blocks from the water. Less that 5 minutes to the B,D,F,M,1, A,E trains and less than 10 minutes to the L. Close to Washington Sq. Park and NYU and the New School. The apartment has light throughout, two bedrooms, a living room which is fully furnished. The room fits up to a queen bed but I have a full and am able to keep my belongings in there along with 2 big closets and plenty of storage that will be for you in the hall. Roommate is great and also a student. Apartment is kept extremely clean. Looking for someone to sublet until June. First and Last. I know the roommate will be potentially looking to extend the lease for the next year as well (but not mandatory if you are looking for short term)!
