I have 2 rooms open in Bushwick for a steal - $750 and $850 beginning in May. Looking for sublease May- August and can sign onto lease Sept 1. Message for details. Silly, chill homebody that spends very little time at home. Been in East Williamsburg the last 2 years but looking to upgrade a tad. Ideal would be newer reno, 2 bed within 30 min from Astor pl. I work in music with pretty long hours in Manhattan and travel often on weekends. I'm very respectful and always clean up after myself. Would be game for wine & movie nights. Also love animals but too busy for a pet so if you have a friendly dog or cat...That'd be awesome.
