About the apartment: 2 floors 4 bedroom 2 full bath Washer/Dryer in unit Full kitchen with dishwasher Mud room Private backyard Across the street from Bedford/Nostrand G Brand new renovation - new appliances, bathrooms, etc. About us: Andy, Professor, 32 Paige, Pastry Chef, 27 Elizabeth, Production Assistant, 22 The Cheat, Cat, 12 About you: Professional, polite, courteous, clean, steady job, enjoys hanging out, but appreciates and respects personal space. Utilities are not included in rent and will be split evenly among all house mates. One of the rooms is large enough to accommodate a couple, which we also welcome.
