I have a unique space in bushwick, 3bd/2ba. Im intersted in renting out the bottom half of my apartment (priavte entrance) but sharing the upstairs kitchen. You would have your own private bathroom as well. Looking for a roommate who is: clean, low-key, & doesn't mind or better yet likes a friendly cat. Building has laundry and gym on our floor and is a 6min walk from the J/M/Z.
