1 Large room available in my apartment management is giving a full discount off the first month - only 1 month security to move in with a 1 year lease. Room fits a queen sized bed, desk, and bookshelves with space to spare. Apartment is located around the corner from the Mrtyle-Broadway JMZ trains. Less then 20 minutes to Manhattan. Building is gated with code, laundry/bike racks in basement. The neighborhood has lots of stores, restaurants, bars, and activities. I absolutely love the area for so many reasons. About me: I’m a Makeup Artist in the film Industry specialized in Makeup Effects. I’m either on set for long hours or at home designing new characters or binge watching netflix....often both at once.
