Hey everyone! I'm going to be moving out of my apartment in Bushwick early to move in with my boyfriend and I'm looking for someone to take over the lease for June 1 - December! It's a 3bd/2ba close to the Dekalb/Myrtle Wyckoff L and only steps from the Knickerbocker M stop (for whenever it finally opens back up!). My roommates are awesome, both in their late 20's - a male who works in IT/Media with a young, well-behaved English bulldog and a female about to graduate coding school with a sweet cat. The apartment (3rd floor) is kept very clean, is pretty spacious, has a little balcony of its own and a rooftop/small cement backyard for the entire building. Laundry and a work out room can be found downstairs. There are lots of bars and places to go out nearby (Boobie Trap, Pizza Party, The Starliner). Looking for a responsible/clean/friendly person to fill my room! It's a good size, with nice windows and a closet (probably the biggest room in the apartment) for $1000 a month + internet/electric (~$40 pp total). Someone who is not looking to party every night of the week or have tons of people over all of the time, but can enjoy a little gathering every now and then would be ideal.
