Im looking for 1 roomate to fill my spare bedroom i live right on the cutoff of bushwick and ridgewood the M is a block away (seneca stop) and the L is about a 5 min walk (myrtle wycoff). Move in date would be january 1st and lease would go until october 31. Its 975 a month and about 50$ in utilities a month. The deposit is already paid for so i would just need the first month rent. Room is very spacious and has a decent size closet. About me: I’ve lived in New York for five years originally from Tampa, FL. I moved here to follow my dreams of becoming a big time chef. And so far it’s going well I’m currently the event chef at Riverpark in Manhatten. I work a lot 10-15 hrs a day. I enjoy working out and cooking, oh and relaxing love doing that
